- Mix all the dry ingredients, Flour + cocoa powder + baking powder + baking soda + salt + coffee powder.
- Combine milk + vinegar, and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- In main bowl take castor sugar along with oil, mix it for about 5 minutes with help of balloon whisker.
- Add milk+vinegar mixture.
- Add all dry ingredients and mix it all together.
- Batter is ready, pour it in muffin tray and topping with some chocochips.
- Bake it on 180 degree c’ for 20 minutes in preheated oven.
