  • Chocolate sponge 1 kg
  • Chocolate ganache 500grms
  • Dark chocolate compound 400 grms
  • Assorted chocolates

Instructions

  • Make 2 pinata mould and then assemble the cake inside one mould with ganache. Now arrange the assorted chocolates.cover the cake with the other piñata mould seal with melted chocolate and enjoy with your loved ones

Apply ganache on the cake board to hold the pinata cake
