  • Baking Soda 1/5 Tea Spoon
  • Oil 11/2 Cup
  • Curd 2 Table Spoon
  • Coco Powder 2 Table Spoon
  • Milk 5 Cups
  • Corn Starch 3 Tea Spoon
  • Chocolate 1000 gm
  • Vanilla Extract 2 Tea Spoon

Instructions

  • Start combining the dry ingredients which includes flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda. And give it a nice mix now keep it aside.
  • Now take another bowl, add super fine sugar and oil and whisk it fast after whisking it for a while add curd and another whisk it. Now you can see a nice liquid is formed in which add vanilla extract/essence.
  • Now after completing the wet ingredients pour the dry ingredients on it and with the help of spatula give it a good mix.
  • Pour all the cake batter into a silicon/glass plate and bake it of around 14 to 17 minutes (microwave temperature).
  • While the cake is baking start making the pudding
  • To make a pudding start chopping some chocolate and put it in a pan also add 1 tsp coco powder, corn starch and milk (not too much) start heating the pan.
  • Now after some time with the help of spatula mix the ingredients (and you can see the Chocolate is melting). While mixing the ingredients the pudding start forming it start making some bubbles and going thicker and thicker
  • If the pudding is to much thick you can add some milk also but we want some thick pudding but not too much
  • After the pudding is ready cool it in room temperature of 30 to 35 minutes
  • In the other hand check the cake. If the is ready keep it aside in the room temperature for 40 to 45 minutes
  • As the cake is normal in temperature start digging a hole in the cake not full hole but now from the upper area
  • And pour the pudding in the hole. Complete the hole with the pudding. If you pudding is leaf after pouring in the hole then put the remaining part of the cake
  • Really prefer to break the cake into pieces and mix with the remaining pudding and make some balls
  • Keep the cake and the balls in the refrigerator and let in cool. When the cake is cool enough decorate the cake with the ball. That's all Enjoy

Notes/Tips

If you don't have vanilla extract it okay
