fresh fig
chopped pistachio
Dark chocolate

Instructions

take 3-4 piece of fresh fig wash them and dry them properly . on base part cut the fig and scoop out pulp from fig
Now melt 100gm dark chocolate in microwave or on double boiler .
Once the chocolate melted , fill the fig cavity with melted chocolate .put it in a fridge for 2-3 mints to set the chocolate inside the fig.
Once chocolate is set in fig, take out and again dip the entire fig in melted chocolate, and put it in the plate. decorate it with chopped pistachio .again put fig in fridge for 2 more mints for Outer cover of chocolate to set .
