- Using double Boiler method, boil some water in pan. Put a large bowl over it with chocolate compound in it. Chocolate will melt.
- Now put the melted chocolate in Tart mould or the mould in which you want to make your chocolate base. Put it in referigator for 2 minutes.
- Repeat this step 2, 3 times so that tart become little thick.
- Finely chopped all the dry fruits which are available with you. And mix it with some any flavour syrup. I prefer pineapple syrup 1tsp.
- Now unmould all the chocolate tart.
- Now put the dry fruits mix in it . Garnish it with white chocolate.
- Ready to serve. Healthy chocolate Tart.
