  • Dark chocolate compound 1
  • Cashew 5 piece
  • Dry kiwi 3
  • Dry peach 3
  • Almond 3
  • Blueberry 5

Instructions

  • Using double Boiler method, boil some water in pan. Put a large bowl over it with chocolate compound in it. Chocolate will melt.
  • Now put the melted chocolate in Tart mould or the mould in which you want to make your chocolate base. Put it in referigator for 2 minutes.
  • Repeat this step 2, 3 times so that tart become little thick.
  • Finely chopped all the dry fruits which are available with you. And mix it with some any flavour syrup. I prefer pineapple syrup 1tsp.
  • Now unmould all the chocolate tart.
  • Now put the dry fruits mix in it . Garnish it with white chocolate.
  • Ready to serve. Healthy chocolate Tart.
