Ingredients

  • Dark compound chocolate 400 gms
  • Fresh cream 400 gms
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 1/2 Cups
  • Biscuit 8-10 pkts
  • Salted butter 100 gms

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a pot or microwave. Crush the biscuit packets until crunchy or powdery (however you prefer your biscuit base)
  • Add the molten butter to the biscuit base and stir it in till it become soft (make sure it is the consistency of kneaded flour so it holds its shape.
  • Grease the baking Tins with oil/butter and press down the biscuit base all through the base of the Mould. if you Wish you could put it on the sides as well to hold in the chocolate.
  • Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Now heat the cream in the microwave or stove Top till extremely hot & add finely grated chocolate Pieces.
  • Whisk until the chocolate dissolves and no chunks are left.
  • If the chocolate has lumps .. you can heat the mixture in a double boiler!
  • Take the tins out of the refrigerator and pour the chocolate mixture in it.
  • Garnish with pomegranates and refrigerate.
  • It will set in 10-15 mins and it's ready to be served.

Notes/Tips

* do not heat the chocolate directly as chocolate burns really fast. * You can use any kind of cooking chocolate I prefer the dark compound. * You can use any fruit of your choice (oranges, cherries, strawberries) * For lesser quantity use half chocolate .. half cream
