An amazing burst of chocolaty heaven the minute you'll take the first bite of it. neither too sweet nor too bland, this cake was one of my most successful recipe and i figured out that the minute my house started smelling like a chocolate factory. I worked around the recipe to make it more personal and made a little less sweet but full of flavor and texture. hope you like it!

Chocolate Truffle Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • first of all take a bowl pour hot milk and add vinegar in it.
  • after 10 minuted add oil and vanilla extract and mix it with a spatula
  • now sift all the dry ingredients in wet ingredients
  • add some milk and mix it by using whisker
  • when the batter is ready give the batter a rest for 40 mins on the other hand preheat your oven at 170 degree celsius for 10 mins
  • after giving the rest take a cake tin apply some butter or oil on it and pour the batter in it.
  • now bake it for about 15 to 20 mins.
  • on the other take another bowl pour heavy whipping cream , chocolate syrup , coffee and vanilla extract and whip them until stiff peaks.
  • when cake is ready let the cake cool down completely by covering a wet cloth on top.
  • when the cake is cool completely divide it in three parts
  • brush some sugar syrup on each layer
  • and on top of the cake pour chocolate syrup and pipe the cake with chocolate frosting which we made.
  • our chocolate cake is ready just sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top.

Notes/Tips

never use batter paper in baking because butter paper is coated with wax which is not good for our health, so instead of butter paper always use parchment paper.
