- Take a heavy bottom saucepan and put it to low heat. Add fresh cream to it.
- Add castor sugar to it and let the sugar completely melt.
- Add the cocoa powder to it and mix properly using a whisk.
- Add the butter to it and let the butter melt.
- Add milk to it, save 2 tbsps milk for later.
- Add the chopped chocholates in the milk mixture and let it melt on low heat.
- Mix cornflour and 2 tbsps milk in a bowl and add it to the milk mixture.
- Let the pudding come to a boil and thicken
- You can add jam for a tangy taste which I like very much in chocholate desserts. Just mix the jam with a little water, you can blend it in an electric mixer if you want, make a paste out of It and add it to the pudding once its thickened.
- Mix properly, Take off the heat and let it cool
- While the pudding is cooling, make the biscuit base. Take a electric mixer and add the biscuits and 3 tbsps melted butter to it. Mix them together till they achieve a crumbly texture.
- Take a glass of your choice. Add the biscuit and butter mixture to the Base and Pour chocolate pudding over It.
- Garnish it with chopped walnuts, sea salt and brownie bite on the top.
- Cool the pudding in the fridge for 2-3 hours and the serve. You can also serve it hot.
