  • Flour 200 g
  • Butter(cold) 100 g
  • Sugar(icing) 70 g
  • Egg yolk 50 g
  • Lemon zest 1 pc
  • Dark chocolate 120 g
  • Eggs 3 pc
  • Butter
  • Flour 50 g
  • Sugar 80 g
  • Salt 1 g
  • Flour 25 g

Instructions

  • Making of the tart dough:- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse in intervels till the dough roughly comes together.(flour,cold butter,yolks, icing sugar,zest)
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place in tye frige to cool.
  • Roll the dough and place it over the tart shell or tart ring . And place them again in the froge before baking
  • Bake the tart shell in the oven @ 170 degree Celsius for 12-14 min and then cool the shell at Room temperature
  • Melt the chocolate and butter together and let it slightly cool.
  • Wilth a electric beater beat the eggs with Sugar Till its light and pale in colour
  • Fold the chocolate and flour in the egg mixture and pour the batter in the tart shell.
  • Bake @ 210 degree Celsius for 9 minutes for little Ozzynes
  • Bake @ 210 Degree Celsius For 3-4 Minutes For flowing center
  • Server instantly

Notes/Tips

Use a dark chocolate between 50-70% coco
