Ingredients

  • soaked and cooked chole
  • Oil
  • Tez leaf
  • Mustard seeds
  • Jeera
  • Hing
  • Onions
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Tumeric powder
  • chilly powder
  • pav bhaji Masala
  • Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • In a kadai,pour oil &add rahi,jeera,hing, tez leaf & Fry chopped onions, green chilly & ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add masala's-Tumeric powder,chilly powder & pav bhaji Masala. Then Add Tomato Puree &cook Till Oil Oozes Out.
  • Lastly, add Soaked & cooked chole in kadai &pour little Water.adjust the consistency accordingly.
  • Last but not the least garnish with coriander leaves.

Notes/Tips

Tips: 1) The chole curry goes well with poori,chapati and roti and bhature. 2) Add pav bhaji masala which tastes good with the curry.
