- In a kadai,pour oil &add rahi,jeera,hing, tez leaf & Fry chopped onions, green chilly & ginger-garlic paste.
- Add masala's-Tumeric powder,chilly powder & pav bhaji Masala. Then Add Tomato Puree &cook Till Oil Oozes Out.
- Lastly, add Soaked & cooked chole in kadai &pour little Water.adjust the consistency accordingly.
- Last but not the least garnish with coriander leaves.
