Ingredients

  • noodles 1 packet
  • cabbage 200g
  • onion 1
  • garlic 3-4 clove's
  • bell peppers 1
  • soya sauce 3 tablespoons
  • red chilli sauce 2 tablespoons
  • green chilli 2
  • salt 2 tablespoons
  • noodless masala 2 tablespoons
  • water 500 liter

Instructions

  • boil water properly add 1 tablespoons salt in it.then add noodles in it boil it for 5 minutes.make noodles soft.then stain noodles in a stainer with cold water.
  • heat pan and add 3 tablespoons oil in it heat it properly.add garlic and green chilli in it saute it and add other vegetables fry it for 2 min.
  • add chowmine in it . then add masala and all sauces in it if you eat katchup you can add or skip it.mix it well and cook for 3 min.
  • serve it in a plate and decorate it with coriander

Notes/Tips

skip all sauces if you don't have just add red chilli powder and salt in it.
