- Soak Dates in cold milk for minutes and blend in a nice paste
- now add sugar powder, butter/ ghee, vanilla essence and mix nicely
- seive all the dry ingredients, add half of chopped dry fruits and mix nicely with dry ingredients
- Add dry ingredients in batches to the wet mixture and mix nicely
- beat eggs and add to the cake batter, and mix using Cut and Fold method
- remove batter in greased pan and decorate with remaining dry fruits
- Bake in Preheated oven for 25 minutes at 150 degrees
