- In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk milk with sugar till sugar is dissolved. Add oil to the mix and keep whisking till everything is Well emulsified. Add vinegar and whisk. Add vanilla.
- Using cut and fold method, mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients till you have a smooth batter.
- Line cupcake liners in cupcake tray. Using an ice cream scooper,fill the batter till 2/3rd in cupcake liners.
- Bake For 12-15mins at 180 degrees in a preheated oven. Check with Toothpick.
- Cool the cupcakes. Scoop out the centre to fill with Strawberry jam. Frost with buttercream frosting.
