Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour 180gm
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 220ml
  • Sugar 90gm
  • Oil 90ml
  • Vinegar 15ml
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, whisk milk with sugar till sugar is dissolved. Add oil to the mix and keep whisking till everything is Well emulsified. Add vinegar and whisk. Add vanilla.
  • Using cut and fold method, mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients till you have a smooth batter.
  • Line cupcake liners in cupcake tray. Using an ice cream scooper,fill the batter till 2/3rd in cupcake liners.
  • Bake For 12-15mins at 180 degrees in a preheated oven. Check with Toothpick.
  • Cool the cupcakes. Scoop out the centre to fill with Strawberry jam. Frost with buttercream frosting.
