Ingredients

  • Samoliya 1 cup
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Beet Pury 1/4 cup
  • Spinach pury 1/4 cup
  • Chilli ginger paste 1tbsp
  • Curry leaves 3-4 leaves

Instructions

  • Make a better of samoliya, curd, salt, chilly ginger paste, chopped Curry leaves ,mix well and make better with the help of water.
  • Now divide in to three portion first keep white in second add beet pury and in third spinach pury . Mix well and make better. Now heat the Appam pan ,grease with a oil and fill the batter in a circles.
  • Turn after a 5to7 minutes ,it's become. golden brown from one side. Now from another side its cooked . It's looks beautiful in colour and test. U can also give tadka of muster seed and cryy Curry leaves on top.

It's look so yummy and delicious. Healthy food in morning breakfast. Serve hot .
