- Make a better of samoliya, curd, salt, chilly ginger paste, chopped Curry leaves ,mix well and make better with the help of water.
- Now divide in to three portion first keep white in second add beet pury and in third spinach pury . Mix well and make better. Now heat the Appam pan ,grease with a oil and fill the batter in a circles.
- Turn after a 5to7 minutes ,it's become. golden brown from one side. Now from another side its cooked . It's looks beautiful in colour and test. U can also give tadka of muster seed and cryy Curry leaves on top.
