Ingredients

  • Carrots ( cut into small pieces) 2
  • Kaju , badam 2 to 3 each
  • Milk ( with cream ) 1 small glass
  • Sugar 1/3 glass

Instructions

  • Boil Carrot🥕 and milk 🥛with kaju and Badam
  • Once it Cools, grind it in mixer.
  • Add sugar and boil it again
  • Kheer is ready to serve.either can be served hot or Chilled!
