  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Cottage Cheese 250g
  • Pasta sauce 1-2 cups
  • Wheat Spaghetti 4 Cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cheese 4 slices
  • Basil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the olive oil and cottage cheese and sauté until slightly browned. Add the sauce to the sautéed cottage cheese and bring to a simmer.
  • Remove the cottage cheese and sauce from the heat and move to a large serving bowl and thoroughly combine with the pasta and salt. Plate and garnish with low fat cheese slices and chopped basil.
