  • French Baguette 1 no.
  • Cottage Cheese 350g
  • Red capsicum 1 no.
  • Yellow capsicum 1no.
  • Onion 1no.
  • Tomato 1no.
  • Garlic cloves 3 no.
  • Mint Leaves 20g
  • Green chilli 2 no.
  • Olive oil 50ml
  • Garam masala 5g
  • Salt To taste
  • Turmeric 5g
  • Red chilli powder 4g
  • Mint sprigs For garnish

Instructions

  • Take the french baguette, cut into a slant slices and rub with garlic and olive oil
  • Take a pan, make it hot , add the bread on the pan and toast it nicely from both sides and keep aside
  • Now wash your vegetable and start to chop onion, pepper , garlic and chillies.
  • Cut the cottage cheese Into small dices .
  • Take a pan, make it hot and add bit of olive oil, add onion, saute a bit , add garlic , cook together.
  • Add tomatoes, green chilli, peppers and saute all together.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and cook the mixture well. Add shredded mint leaves and cook a little.
  • Add cottage cheese and mix slowly. Cook a bit and keep aside.
  • Now put the mixture on to the toasted bread and arrange it on the plate
  • Garnish with mint sprig and drizzle okive oil .

Bruschetta is a traditional dish of italy but here i make it in a fusion style hope Everyone likes it
