- Take the french baguette, cut into a slant slices and rub with garlic and olive oil
- Take a pan, make it hot , add the bread on the pan and toast it nicely from both sides and keep aside
- Now wash your vegetable and start to chop onion, pepper , garlic and chillies.
- Cut the cottage cheese Into small dices .
- Take a pan, make it hot and add bit of olive oil, add onion, saute a bit , add garlic , cook together.
- Add tomatoes, green chilli, peppers and saute all together.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and cook the mixture well. Add shredded mint leaves and cook a little.
- Add cottage cheese and mix slowly. Cook a bit and keep aside.
- Now put the mixture on to the toasted bread and arrange it on the plate
- Garnish with mint sprig and drizzle okive oil .
