- First make A semi soft dough of wheat Flour,oil 2 tbsp,salt to taste ,with water and knead it properly
- Now give it rest for an hour ,after that knead the dough and make a parantha out of it
- Now apply ghee on this parantha properly everywhere
- Now sprinkle chopped cranberries on this parantha everywhere
- Now sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder to this parantha
- Now roll this parantha vertically
- Now roll it again horizontally and again make a parantha out of it
- On a non stick pan ,shallow fry this parantha in 2 tbsp oil
- Now cranberries parantha is ready ,make churis out of this parantha
- In serving dish make first layers of meethi boondi
- On this add gems as second layer
- To this assemble parantha churis on it
- Now drizzle whipping cream on it
- Top it with chopped cranberries and gems
- Serve it
