- In a pan in boiling water add spinach leaves boil for ten minutes ,drain this water and put spinach in ice cold water
- Now grind it in mixy this spinach leaves without water to a puree,to this add grated garlic and ginger
- In a pan add butter ,to butter add bay leaves
- Now add wheat flour and saute it till pinkinsh
- Now add milk to this slowly slowly at low flame and mix it ,see to it that it doesn't form lumps
- Cook it for ten minutes to this add black pepper powder ,salt,and sugar
- Now add the above spinach puree
- Mix all well boil soup for five minutes
- Serve it in a bowl ,garnish it with red chilli flex and cream
