Cream of spinach soup

Ingredients

  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Water To boil
  • Wheat flour 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Black pepper powder 3 tsp
  • Whole sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Garlic grated 3 tbsp
  • Ginger grated 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli flex 1 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • In a pan in boiling water add spinach leaves boil for ten minutes ,drain this water and put spinach in ice cold water
  • Now grind it in mixy this spinach leaves without water to a puree,to this add grated garlic and ginger
  • In a pan add butter ,to butter add bay leaves
  • Now add wheat flour and saute it till pinkinsh
  • Now add milk to this slowly slowly at low flame and mix it ,see to it that it doesn't form lumps
  • Cook it for ten minutes to this add black pepper powder ,salt,and sugar
  • Now add the above spinach puree
  • Mix all well boil soup for five minutes
  • Serve it in a bowl ,garnish it with red chilli flex and cream

U can avoid red chilli flex
