Ingredients

  • Cucumber 1 Large
  • Mint Leaves 4 to 5
  • Black Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 3 tsp
  • Lemon Half
  • Chilled Water 250 ml
  • Ice cubes(optional)

Instructions

  • Peel the cucumber and dice it.
  • Add the diced cucumber into the blender/jar and add all the rest of the spices and mint leaves except ice cubes.
  • Add 250 ml chilled water and squeeze half a lemon. and blend it.
  • Strain it with the help of a siever and pour into 2 serving glasses with ice-cubes
  • And the Cucumber Cooler is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Do not add too much black pepper powder as it will disintegrate the other flavors.
