Ingredients

  • Rice rava(Samolina) lightly roasted 250gms
  • Cucumber grated 1 small
  • Coconut grated 1 bowl ( more or less as required)
  • Salt 1 spoon ( as per taste)
  • Green chillies 2_3 ( as required)
  • Coriander leaves As per our wish

Instructions

  • Clean rava with water remove water content in It.
  • Add grated cucumber , coconut, grated chillies, salt, coriander Leaves
  • Keep aside for 5 minites.
  • Grease the idly moulds and put the prepared atta in it
  • Heat it in idly cooker or normal cooker without lid for 5-8 minites.

Notes/Tips

As cucumber is a vegitable filled with water, it's good for health during summer To keep our body cool. Instead of adding chillies and coriander , we can add jagery to it to prepare sweet idly which will be liked by kids.
