- Take Ghee in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds and asafoetida water to the pan.
- Saute them and add ginger.
- Mix the ginger along and add pureed tomato
- Mix well and add garam masala, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and red chillli powder.
- Mix the spices thoroughly.
- Add boiled potatoes and green chilli to the gravy.
- Mix all of it together.
- Now add water and mix well.
- Add curd to the cooked potato gravy.
- Mix thoroughly till the gravy turns brownish-yellow in colour.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot.
