- Cut bhindi and onion into thin pieces.
- Heat a kadhai, add oil and onions.
- When onion turns brown add bhindi followed by all the spices and salt.
- Take a small deep pan, add ghee and mustard, pour temper on curry.
- Mix all and let it cool.
- Turn the heat, finish off by adding yogurt to it.
- This can be served with rice or roti.
