Ingredients

  • Ghee 5tsp
  • Moong dal 250grams
  • Khowa 250grams
  • Sugar syrup 175grams
  • Dry fruits 3tsp

Instructions

  • Soak moong dal for 2 to 3 hours
  • Grind the soaked moong dal
  • In a pan add ghee 5 to 6 tsp
  • Then roast the grinded Dal until brown and then add khowa in the Dal and mix it
  • Boil 175grams sugar with 1cup water . After boiling the mixture add a pinch of saffron and ¹/2 tsp of cardamom powder
  • Add the liquid sugar syrup in the roasted Dal and mix it for 5 minutes after it become dry transfer it in a bowl and garnish it with dry fruits
  • Then serve it hot and relish on its lip smacking taste
