- Soak moong dal for 2 to 3 hours
- Grind the soaked moong dal
- In a pan add ghee 5 to 6 tsp
- Then roast the grinded Dal until brown and then add khowa in the Dal and mix it
- Boil 175grams sugar with 1cup water . After boiling the mixture add a pinch of saffron and ¹/2 tsp of cardamom powder
- Add the liquid sugar syrup in the roasted Dal and mix it for 5 minutes after it become dry transfer it in a bowl and garnish it with dry fruits
- Then serve it hot and relish on its lip smacking taste
