- Seive all the dry ingredients and keep it aside. Take sugar in a bowl add curd and whisk it well. Now add oil and milk and whisk well. Now add essence and whisk it well.
- Now add seived dry ingredients little at a time and mix them well now add orange juice and orange zest and whisk well.
- Now add flour chocochips mixed with flour and mix by cut and fold method.
- Now grease the loaf tin and dust some flour and pour the batter in tin and sprinkle some chocochips and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25-30 min or when the toothpick comes out clean.
- Now keep aside to cool down. Once cool down completely run a knife through the sides and gently tap to demould the cake.
- Now serve the cake loaf with the slice of orange.
