  • Chicken 250 gm 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste one teaspoon 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli sauce one teaspoon 1 teaspoon
  • Soya sauce one teaspoon 1 teaspoon
  • White vinegar one teaspoon 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce one teaspoon 1 teaspoon
  • Chill flakes 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red food colour 1/4teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon
  • Capsicum green and red 2 2
  • Onion 1.chopped 1
  • One egg for marination 1
  • Cornflour 1 teaspoon 1
  • Oil 2 spoon 2 spoon
  • White sesame seed 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt To according taste

Instructions

  • For Marination :cut chicken pieces and add red chilli sauce. Soya sauce. Ginger garlic paste. Black pepper. White vinegar.salt little bit red colour aur mix it well then beat egg and mix with marination 1 teaspoon corn flour mix it well chicken marination
  • Put it a side for one hour and heat the pan and add oil 2 tbsp and chopped onion saute then add ginger garlic paste. Chilli flakes. Soya sauce red chilli sauce. White vinegar. Red colour and tomato sauce mix it well in medium flame. T
  • Then take one bowl and add 2 teaspoon of corn floor and water and mix it well .fry the marination of chicken in other pan
  • The mixture of corn flour take in sauce pan and mix it 2 minte low flame and mix fried chicken in sauce and add green and red capsicum and mix it well low flame for 2 to 3 minute

Chicken fried crispy and don't heat over cook
