  • Jackfruit 250 gm
  • 4 big number, Onion
  • 1tsp Nos, ginger, garlic Paste
  • Bay leaf 2 nos
  • Dry red chilli 2 nos
  • Refined oil 3 big tsp
  • Cardoman 1 No
  • Clove 3 Nos
  • Black paper Seed 4 Nos
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt As per taste
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Fersh coriander leaves For garnishing
  • Water 1/2 water

Instructions

  • .Heat oil in kadai, add Bay leaf and dry Chill, then add onion till Translucent,add ginger garlic paste, saute till raw smell .add all powder Masala and whole masala, saute well .cook till oil separate .now add fresh jackfruit,mix it's properly
  • . Open Fry for 2to 3 min , covered it for 5 min. .add 1/2 cup of water, allow to boil , add Salt and again covered it's for 5 to 10min . checked with spoon or knife to cooked,if not, allow to cook for some time. .now,add garam masala and kashmiri Mirc h
  • . yummy tasty spicy Dry veg Jackfruit is ready to serve .Serve hot with Chapati and onion salad
