- Presser cook dudhi and chana dal by adding 1 cup water in a cooker for 2 whistle.
- Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame and add cumin seed, hing, ginger,tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dhanajira powder, sambhar masala,salt n water, cook for 3 min.
- When tomatoes are soften add dhuhi and chana dal mixture and mix well ,cook for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve Dhudhi chana dal with rice or roti.
