  • Dudhi, peeled and diced 2 cup
  • Soaked chana dal 1/2 cup
  • Ginger, minced 1 teaspoons
  • Sambhar masala 1 teaspoons
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoons
  • Hing 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoons
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoons
  • Chopped coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  • Presser cook dudhi and chana dal by adding 1 cup water in a cooker for 2 whistle.
  • Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame and add cumin seed, hing, ginger,tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dhanajira powder, sambhar masala,salt n water, cook for 3 min.
  • When tomatoes are soften add dhuhi and chana dal mixture and mix well ,cook for 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve Dhudhi chana dal with rice or roti.
