- For the base: Heat ghee in a pan, add milk let it come to a boil, add milk powder.
- Let it keep heating.
- Keep stirring so that the milk & milk powder doesn't stick to the pan.
- Add sugar & keep mixing.
- As Soon As the sugar melts & It Starts Thickening. Divide In 2 Equal Parts.
- 1 part add the cocoa powder & keep stirring.
- Once it's thickened to a point where it almost dries out & Can hold its shape. Stop the flame.
- The other equal part cook till it's almost dried out & then add The white Chocolate (off the flame) & keep mixing till it holds its shape.
- Let it cool.
- Once cooled down - grease your hands & roll into balls making laddoos.
- And you're done!
