Ingredients

  • Milk powder 300 gms
  • Ghee 5-6 tsps
  • White chocolate 50 gms
  • Cocoa powder 4 Tbsps
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups

Instructions

  • For the base: Heat ghee in a pan, add milk let it come to a boil, add milk powder.
  • Let it keep heating.
  • Keep stirring so that the milk & milk powder doesn't stick to the pan.
  • Add sugar & keep mixing.
  • As Soon As the sugar melts & It Starts Thickening. Divide In 2 Equal Parts.
  • 1 part add the cocoa powder & keep stirring.
  • Once it's thickened to a point where it almost dries out & Can hold its shape. Stop the flame.
  • The other equal part cook till it's almost dried out & then add The white Chocolate (off the flame) & keep mixing till it holds its shape.
  • Let it cool.
  • Once cooled down - grease your hands & roll into balls making laddoos.
  • And you're done!

Notes/Tips

* if you mixture starts sticking to the pan you can add more ghee. * You can add/subtract sugar as per requirement. * Let it dry out but not completely as then it won't stick together & won't hold shape. In that case you can add milk.
