  • Boiled Eggs 2 Nos.
  • Salt Water 2 Tbsp
  • Tamarind Water 4 Tbsp
  • Sliced Onion 4 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp

Instructions

  • Warm some oil in a wok. Stir-fry some cut onions until they just turn dark brown. However, Make sure they do not burn out.
  • Now, stir-fry some cut garlic until they stop sizzling.
  • Take a bowl and mix well the cooked onion, cooked garlic, and some red Chili powder to taste and set aside.
  • Take An egg and make a cut in the middle part of the way through. Repeat the process for the second Egg.
  • Stuff the onion and garlic blend in the cut without breaking the egg.
  • Finally, add a couple of drops of saltwater, cooking oil, tamarind water, and lemon water. Your egg Bhejo is ready to be served. Bon Appetite!

Notes/Tips

1) While cooking the onion and garlic, make sure they do not get burned out in order to turn dark brown. 2) It is very crucial to be careful while cutting the egg half way through the middle so that it does not break.
