- Take dry fruits of your choice (i have used cashew nuts, walnuts, almonds, resins) chopped and add 1 tbsp flour and mix and keep aside.
- Take a bowl and add oil, condensed milk and sugar. Mix well for 2-3 mins until combined well.
- Take another bowl, sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix
- Now add step 3 dry mixture to step 2 mixture and mix using cut and fold method. Gradually add milk.
- When everything is well combined then add dry fruits mix and vanilla essence. Mix
- Now take a baking mould, grease with oil or butter and pour the cake mix. Garnish with some dry fruits. Tap the cake mould 2-3 times
- Bake the cake in a pre heated oven for 20- 25 mins. Keep checking in between because the cooking time varies depending on the mould.
- When the cake is baked. Let it cool completely and de mould after that. Your cake is ready
