Eggless vanilla flavoured barbie doll cake

Ingredients

  • Refined flour 2 cups
  • Powdered sugar 1.5 cup
  • Cream/homemade malai 1 cup
  • Soda 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Milk powder 3/4 cup
  • Milk 1.5 cup
  • Vanilla essence 2 drops
  • Tropolite premium whipping cream 400 gms
  • MasterChef gel Color of ur choice 2 drops

Instructions

  • Add cream and sugar .beat till creamy in a bowl
  • Sieve flour with milk powder,baking powder and soda
  • Fold in flour alternatively with milk
  • Add essence and beat well
  • Pour into greased and dusted mould and bake at 180 degree for 35 minutes
  • Once cake is baked keep is asidefor four hrs
  • Unmould it again keep it aside for two hrs then cut the cake into three equal layers
  • Now spray each layer with thin sugar syrup
  • Now beat the whipping cream in a bowl with electric beater by add 2 drops of MasterChef gel.color of ur choice till it forms peak
  • Fill it in piping bag with appropriate nossels
  • Now garnish the cake with whipped cream

Notes/Tips

I have added 2 drops of vanilla essence in whipped cream too
