- Add cream and sugar .beat till creamy in a bowl
- Sieve flour with milk powder ,baking powder and soda
- Fold in flour alternatively with milk
- Add essence and beat well
- Pour into the greased and dusted mould and bake at 180 degree for 35 minutes
- Once the cake is baked keep it aside for four hours to come at room temp then unmould it
- Again leave the cake aside for next two hourd
- Now cut the cake into three equal layers and spray thin sugar syrup water on each layer of cake
- Now beat the whipping cream of liquid consistency in a bowl with electric beater by adding neutral gel and MasterChef gel color of ur choice to it till it forms peak
- Fill it in piping bags
- Use appropriate nozzels
- Garnish the cake
