Ingredients

  • Eggs 6
  • Bread slices 6
  • Cheese slices 6
  • Butter 20gm
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Chopped onion 50gm
  • Chopped capsicum 50gm
  • Chopped tomatoes 30gm
  • Mushrooms, fresh and chopped 150gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Pizza seasoning to taste
  • Butter 15gm
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Milk 175ml
  • Cheese Half a cube
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a nonstick pan, heat the butter. Keep the flame on medium. Put in the flour and sauté it for a few seconds.
  • Whisk in the milk carefully and slowly. It will start to thicken up so keep stirring it. Mix in the cheese, salt and seasoning. It will turn thicker once it cools down, so it shouldn’t be too thin or thick when you turn off the flame. Keep it aside.
  • In another nonstick pan, put in the butter. Once hot, put garlic and sauté. Now add in the onion, capsicum, tomato and mushroom. Stir them on full flame so that the veggies don’t turn soggy. Season them with salt and pizza seasoning. Keep aside for a bit.
  • Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius. Toast the bread slices in a toaster and if you wish to cut them in some specific shape you can do that now.
  • Spread the white sauce on it. Spoon in the tossed veggies mixture and place a cheese slice over it. Put this into the preheated oven for a few minutes until the cheese softens.
  • In another pan, prepare a Sunny side up egg. Season with salt and carefully place it over the cheese slice. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with some Ketchup.
