Energy Bars

Winters call for healthy and nutritious energy bars, don't you agree! This energy bar recipe is devoid of additives like corn syrup and sugar which are usually found in commercial energy bars available in the market. So indulge in these healthy and tasty treats and let us know what do you think about them.

Notes/Tips

Recipe: In a pan heat 1 tsp ghee & add 1/2 cup date paste, 1 tbsp raisins, 1 tbsp milk powder, 1 tbsp desiccated Coconut, 1 tbsp roasted almonds Add 1/2 cup kurmure & mix it well. Place in greased tin & let it set for 15 minutes. Cut into bar shapes..
