- Cook the broken wheat in a cooker with a little salt, for 3 whistles.
- Once the cooker depressurizes, fluff the faada up with a fork.
- In a separate bowl, add chopped tomatoes, onions and cucumber. Add some salt and leave it aside for the water to drain from the vegetables
- In a small bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and crushed garlic to prepare the dressing. Keep aside for later Use.
- Mix the drained tomato, onions and cucumber with the cooled faada. Top it with the prepared dressing and finely chopped mint leaves. Mix well and serve.
