- Take rinsed and dry chickpea in to a blender along with onion, parsley, coriander, cumin, chili powder, flour, garlic clove and salt.
- Blend the ingredients in a smooth paste.
- Make even shaped patties of the paste
- Heat the oil on a medium flame and shallow fry the patties until golden brown in color.
- Place a leave of parsley on each slice of the burger bun along with the tomato salsa or any spread of your choice. Place the patties on one of the burger slice and cover it another burger bun.
- Your Falafel Burgers are ready.
- You can also serve the patties with pitta bread
