  • Soaked sabudana,grind sabudana,grind moraya, 1 bowl
  • Crushed peanuts,chat masala faralisalt oil 1 tbspoon

Instructions

  • First of all take 5 to 6 boiled potatoes crush it,add farali salt,seasam seeds grind chilli,fenugreek seeds,black pepper squeezed lemon,cadd crished peanuts,mix well, Now take a bowl 1 cup morya flour grind sabudana add soaked sabudana

  • Take pan and grease with oil
  • Spread batter
  • Spread potato mixture evently
  • Spread soaked sabudana,seasam seeds
  • Let it be on low flame and change the side
  • Change the side to soak it properly
  • Take out in a plate serve it with curd or farali chutney
  • Farali uttapam is ready to serve

Notes/Tips

Always use non stick pan or tawa This dish is healthy because very less oil is used in it
