English Cucumber 2 nos (1 if big size)
Cherry Tomatoes 10-12 nos (if not available then use 2 big roma to
Pickled Green Pitted Olives 12-15 nos
Onion 1 Big
Yellow / Red Capsicum 1 Big OR 2 Small
Lettuce 80-100 gms
Crumbled Feta Cheese 1 Cup
For Dressing
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Red vine vinegar / lemon juice & zest 3 tablespoons or half a lemon juice with Its zest
Garlic Clove Big 1 minced
Ground oregano 1/2 teaspoon
Dijon Mustard 1/4teaspoon(optional but it does make difference)
Salt As per taste
Freshly ground black pepper
A bit of honey if want a sweeter dressing

Instructions

Cut into the size of your liking and mix all the ingredients together.

Notes/Tips

*Although authentically there is no lettuce in a greek salad but I like some freshness & Crunchiness of it in my bowl of healthy yummy salad ? * Wash your Veggies in ice cold water for Freshness!
