Ingredients

  • Rice 1/4 cup
  • Full Cream Milk 1 ltr
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water as required
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Kewra essence/water few drops
  • Mango Puree one cup
  • Rooh afza 5-6 tbsp
  • Strawberry compote or jam 1/2 cup
  • Dried rose petals few
  • Pistachio slivers 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Garnish the rose flavoured firni with crushed dried rose petals and some pistachio slivers.

Notes/Tips

Firni tends to stick to the bottom very fast .So keep stirring continuously to avoid burning. You can adjust the quantity of roohafza as per your taste. You can simply top the kewra flavoured firni with chopped mango or berries instead of adding various flavours.
