- Boil the fish and take out the bones. Then mash the fish.
- In the pan put the cut onion , ginger and garlic paste.
- Stir properly then put the mashed fish.
- Add cumin, coriander, turmeric and garam masala powder. To make Garam Masala Powder, grind 4 Cardamoms, 2 Cinnamons, and 7-8 Cloves
- Keep stirring properly.
- Now add salt, sugar, coriander leaves, chillies and kismis.
- Lastly, add the mashed potatoes for binding and keep cooking in slow flame for 5-10 mins.
- After it's cooled down, make it in the size as shown in the main picture.
- Coat them in egg batter, and then bread crumbs.
- Deep fry.
