  • Fish boneless 300 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes 4 medium
  • Haldi 1/4 tsp
  • Lal mirchi 1/2 tsp
  • Dhania Powder 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Coriander To garnish
  • Green chilli 2
  • Lemon 1
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Fish masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • Wash the fish pieces properly. Dry them and marinate the pieces with haldi, lal mirchi, salt, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Leave it for 30 mins
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish till it is crispy.
  • Now take onions, tomatoes and green chilli and blend it for a smooth mixture.
  • Heat oil in another pan and add blender mixture and cook till the oil separates.
  • Now add spices- haldi, lal mirchi, dhania powder and jeera powder. Stir it for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
  • Now add fish pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame. Add salt to taste.
  • Now add fish masala and garam masala to the fish for an amazing taste.
  • Your fish curry is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
