- Wash the fish pieces properly. Dry them and marinate the pieces with haldi, lal mirchi, salt, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Leave it for 30 mins
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish till it is crispy.
- Now take onions, tomatoes and green chilli and blend it for a smooth mixture.
- Heat oil in another pan and add blender mixture and cook till the oil separates.
- Now add spices- haldi, lal mirchi, dhania powder and jeera powder. Stir it for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
- Now add fish pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame. Add salt to taste.
- Now add fish masala and garam masala to the fish for an amazing taste.
- Your fish curry is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
