  • Rohu Fish 1large
  • Onion, garlic, ginger 5, 4,1
  • Onion, garlic, ginger paste 1cup
  • Curd 1cup
  • Salt, sugar According to taste
  • Cumin 1tbsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  • Red chilli paste 4tbsp
  • Milk ¼cup
  • Oil 6-7tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp

Instructions

  • 1.Heat oil and add the fish. 2.After the fish is fried ,keep it aside, in the same oil add cumin. 3. Add onion ,ginger, garlic. 4. Add onion ,ginger, garlic paste . 5. Add chilli paste. 6. Add curd. 7. Add milk. 8. Add the fish. 9. Add turmeric powder
  • 10. Add cumin powder, red chilli powde, salt and sugar. 11.Add kasoori methi . 12. Cook again for 5minutes Your tempting fish rezala is ready

Notes/Tips

Do not add the curd and milk together or else milk will curdle.
