Flour 40gms
Rice flour 10gm
Cornstarch 5gms
Sugar 50gms
Salt 1 GM's
Egg whites 30
Oil 25
Water 20gm
Vanilla essence 5gm

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a mixer and blend it till everything is mixed property with no lumps

Pipe the fortune cookies batter on butter paper coin size round and spread it with spoon to make it flat like mini papad bake it at 150 degree for 15-25 min till you get golden brown

Notes/Tips

Note: you can also use Roti maker instead of oven for better results
