- Take a scoop of icecream and make a round ball instantly cover it up with polythene and freeze it.
- Timings of freezing in all the process is totally depend on your refrigerator.
- Take two slice of bread and roll it as thin as possible and joint them
- Take out our icecream ball, remove polythene and roll into our bread slice , like we roll for cutlets .
- Dip this into mixture ( conflour and maida ) so that there will be no mess while frying
- Cover it with conflacks , it will give you crisp just like pakora looks. And freeze it immediately until it set.
- Now take out pan add oil .
- Take out our icecream and fry only for 10 sec. And serve it hot. Bcoz inside its cold 🥶 decorate as you want before serving . One scoop is for one person
