Ingredients

  • Icecream of your choice 1 family pack
  • Bread slice 8
  • Conflour 1 tspn
  • Maida 1tspn
  • Cornflacks 1 bowl
  • Chocolate syrup 2 tspn

Instructions

  • Take a scoop of icecream and make a round ball instantly cover it up with polythene and freeze it.
  • Timings of freezing in all the process is totally depend on your refrigerator.
  • Take two slice of bread and roll it as thin as possible and joint them
  • Take out our icecream ball, remove polythene and roll into our bread slice , like we roll for cutlets .
  • Dip this into mixture ( conflour and maida ) so that there will be no mess while frying
  • Cover it with conflacks , it will give you crisp just like pakora looks. And freeze it immediately until it set.
  • Now take out pan add oil .
  • Take out our icecream and fry only for 10 sec. And serve it hot. Bcoz inside its cold 🥶 decorate as you want before serving . One scoop is for one person

Notes/Tips

Freeze it properly otherwise it will instantly melt in oil.
