- Heat milk and sugar in a thick bottomed pan until it comes to a boil.
- In a small cup, stir in 4-5 tbsp of hot milk with the custard powder to form a slurry.
- Add the slurry to the milk and cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness you want.
- Let the milk cool to room temperature and add your fruits.
- Set in the fridge for 5-6 hours and serve chilled.
