- Mix all ingredients except(fruits, nuts and cream) in a bowl and mix it. Make The smooth paste by the help of blender.
- Take a oven tin and grease it with vegetable oil and pour the cake batter into it and bake it for half hour at 180 c
- After half hour take out the cake from oven and insert a toothpick into it. If toothpick come out clean take out the cake and cool down it for 2 hours.
- For icing take the milk Cream and add some sugar in it and whisk it by the help of whisker for more than 30 mints.
- Cut the fruits into pieces and add it in the sugar syrup and keep it aside for 30 mints.
- Take the cake and apply frosting Cream on the whole cake by the help of a flat knife.
- Garnish with nuts and cut fruits Accoding to your desired shape and Style
- Keep the decorated cake inside the refrigerator for 30 minutes and let it to set
- Take out the cake from refrigerator , cut it and enjoy your christmas
