Ingredients

  • Chopped deseeded maroon gauva 3/4 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 2 teaspoons
  • Rose petals for garnishing
  • Grated almonds 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  • In a mixy churn all above ingredients except rose petals
  • I have taken maroon Gauva here
  • Fill this into kulfi ,freeze it for 13 hrs
  • Unmould it and garnish it with rose petals and grated almonds

Notes/Tips

U can take white gauva too instead of maroongauva
