3 egg
75g sugar
35g melted butter
30g almond flour
75g all purpose flour
Few drops vanilla essence

Instructions

Beat the Egg with sugar till peak stage
Seive flour with almond Flour and fold in beaten egg
Fold by spetula or by hand
Finaly fold in melted butter
Put the mixture is paper line tray or in mould
Bake at 190°C for 15 to 20 minutes
Then make cake or pastry
