Ingredients

  • 3 egg
  • 75g sugar
  • 35g melted butter
  • 30g almond flour
  • 75g all purpose flour
  • Few drops vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Beat the Egg with sugar till peak stage
  • Seive flour with almond Flour and fold in beaten egg
  • Fold by spetula or by hand
  • Finaly fold in melted butter
  • Put the mixture is paper line tray or in mould
  • Bake at 190°C for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Then make cake or pastry
