  • Oil
  • Salt
  • asafoetida

Instructions

  • Grate ginger finely.Take oil and add mustard seeds.When it splatters, add fenugreek seed powder an asafoetida.Add grated ginger and fry well till the moisture is gone and it becomes a non-sticky paste.
